Assess organizational maturity across people, processes, and technology to identify capability gaps and prioritize investments that enable successful program delivery. Build and maintain a comprehensive roadmap of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with OKRs and long-term business goals. Establish repeatable and efficient frameworks for evaluating operating and business models to support transformation efforts. Ensure all programs and projects align with the defined business architecture and contribute to strategic goals. Act as a trusted advisor to CO+I functional leaders, providing strategic guidance and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Lead change management efforts to ensure high user adoption and realization of business value from transformation initiatives.
