Role Overview The PMO Certification Project Manager builds, manages, and continuously improves a role-based training and certification program for project leaders across Power Generation Services. This role connects daily work to clear standards through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), job aids, and templates-driving consistency and operational excellence. The Specialist partners closely with Service Operations, HR, Organizational Excellence, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align content with business goals and career development frameworks. This position requires strong program ownership, project management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Learning & Development, or related fields.
  • PMP certification preferred; PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Prosci certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain role-based certification programs, learning paths, and training materials.
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions; manage LMS enrollments, assessments, and tracking.
  • Develop KPIs and reports to measure certification program effectiveness and adoption.
  • Manage content governance and version control for SOPs, WIs, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive communication, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Light travel up to 20% may be required.
