The PMO Certification Project Manager builds, manages, and continuously improves a role-based training and certification program for project leaders across Power Generation Services. This role connects daily work to clear standards through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), job aids, and templates—driving consistency and operational excellence. The Specialist partners closely with Service Operations, HR, Organizational Excellence, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align content with business goals and career development frameworks. This position requires strong program ownership, project management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
