About The Position

In this role, you will support enterprise-level transformation and project delivery by bringing structure, insight, and clarity to complex initiatives. You will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change, helping leaders translate vision into measurable results. Partnering closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders, you will analyze portfolios, track performance, and strengthen governance practices. The environment is fast-paced, consultative, and impact-driven, offering exposure to diverse industries and transformation challenges. You will balance analytical rigor with strong communication to inform decisions at all levels. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting data, people, and processes to enable successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 or more years of experience in PMO, project management, or portfolio management support, with consulting experience considered a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with metrics tracking, reporting, and data visualization
  • Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, or Power BI
  • Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for executive audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, paired with a clear understanding of strategic priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent to client sites as required

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze portfolio, program, and project data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Support portfolio prioritization, planning, and governance to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-ready presentations highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Track benefits realization and connect delivery outcomes to measurable business impact
  • Coordinate milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources across multiple initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, and processes
  • Support change and stakeholder communication efforts to ensure clarity, alignment, and adoption
  • Capture lessons learned, maintain knowledge repositories, and contribute to ongoing methodology and tooling improvements
