Position Overview: Cottage Supervisor As the Cottage Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are: Client-centered Strengths-based Professional and compassionate The Cottage Supervisor provides direct leadership and operational oversight of assigned cottages and staff within Tanager’s Inpatient program. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, client-centered care through proactive supervision, team development, and adherence to agency protocols. Requirements

  • BA degree (or equivalent), or currently enrolled in course work with expected Graduation date within 6 months- 1 year in related field. Related fields of degree defined as: psychology, counseling, sociology, social work, nursing, criminal justice or human services related
  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral health or mental health challenges
  • At least six months demonstrated leadership role
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
  • Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three (3) months of hire
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
