About The Position

We are seeking a PMI Data Leader to support the digital transformation of our clients' IT environments during post-merger integration initiatives. This role serves as the central point of reference for all data-related topics, ensuring strong governance, architecture consistency, and seamless migration across systems.

Requirements

Extensive experience in data governance, data migration, and enterprise data architecture within complex IT environments
Proven expertise in data mapping, migration strategy, and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data integrity and transformation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
Fluent in English (required)

Nice To Haves

Certification in data governance or data management (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) is a strong asset
Proficiency in French is a plus

Responsibilities

Champion and implement enterprise-wide data governance principles to ensure compliance, integrity, and traceability
Ensure consistent data architecture across applications and platforms, aligned with business and technical requirements
Map and document data flows for both current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) states to support integration planning
Lead data transformation and migration efforts between legacy and target IT ecosystems, ensuring minimal disruption and high data quality
Oversee data security and access management, ensuring appropriate controls and permissions are in place throughout the integration lifecycle
