Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed in Maine, to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 40 hours a week. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care. Setting: Join a FQHC – 100% remote outpatient clinic based out of Maine Schedule: 40 hours per week in EST Patient Population: Ages 5+, with diagnoses including MDD, GAD, SUD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, globophobia, and PTSD. Appointments: 60 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups. Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Maine. You’ll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care! Patient Support & Care Coordination: You’ll play a key role in ensuring each patient receives the right care from day one. Every patient completes a thorough intake with an RN, receives a personalized treatment plan before their first prescriber visit, and participates in a baseline drug screening. Providers then use clinical judgment to determine ongoing screening needs, helping maintain high-quality, patient-centered care. No on-call duties!
