About The Position

Perform assembly and packer operations of products manufactured in the Plastic Molding Department (PMD). Understands and performs daily job duties in a manner which supports the Company / Department SAFETY – QUALITY – PRODUCTION goals and objectives. HOURS ARE 11 PM - 7:30 AM. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to write legibly, to maintain records, and to give and follow oral and written instructions.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
Lifting of up to 35 pounds frequently
Able to stand for duration of shift

Responsibilities

Operation of the riveting machine
Trimming of products
Visual inspection of plastic products
Packing of product
Communicating issues with supervision and technical personnel
Operating auxiliary equipment needed to produce finished goods and work in process (WIP)
Staplers
Carton Sealing machinery
Any assignment as directed per management within the scope of personal capabilities
Housekeeping
Quality control inspections per customer or Zenith specifications
Participate in department meetings
