About The Position

The PMA Sales Representative will be responsible for venturing out and acquiring, gaining and maintaining new customers in the industrial division. In this role you will sell fire protection services and inspections.

Requirements

  • Experience in fire protection sales and meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • The ability to design and implement a systematic approach to the selling process
  • A knowledge of our products, services, and industry codes
  • An organizational capacity to handle a high volume of activity
  • Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn the Company’s information systems applications
  • Strong phone skills and a pleasant demeanor
  • A valid driver’s license and a current and sustainable good driving record
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
  • MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the fire protection business or in the commercial service industry
  • Experience with a sales force management and proposal generation systems

Responsibilities

  • Meet all assigned sales quotas in a given period
  • Provide proposals and quotations in a timely manner
  • Communicate promptly and regularly with customers regarding all system integrity issues, recommendations, and any other solutions that have been quoted
  • Manage their time in order to complete the maximum amount of sales calls / site visits in a lead generation in a given period
  • Perform any other tasks assigned & develop new customer growth in the industrial division and maintain customer relationships daily
