Oliver Fire Protection & Security is seeking a motivated and results-driven PMA Sales Representative to join our team. This position will primarily focus on sales and marketing for our Alarm Division, with the goal of generating recurring revenue accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential service agreement and monitoring accounts, initiating, developing, and closing sales, as well as recommending new service offerings and features. Building strong account relationships is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will market, promote, and sell preventive maintenance agreements while also pursuing targeted construction market opportunities. You will interpret bid documents, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements and costs, assess cost effectiveness and profitability, and perform necessary surveys of premises to provide accurate estimates. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations that align with departmental goals and customer expectations, expanding the client base, and maintaining existing customer relationships to increase sales volume. Effective communication is key, as you will need to relay qualified sales leads to the appropriate departments within the company. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities and prepare and submit required sales reports, expenses, and competitive activity in a timely manner. This position reports directly to the Alarm Service Manager and is integral to the success of our sales team.
