About The Position

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee both inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) operations within our Mont Belvieu, TX distribution center. In this role, you will lead a team, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of inventory from receipt through shipment. You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring service levels are met across all warehouse activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse overseeing inbound and outbound operations
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in large-scale or high-volume distribution environments
• Familiarity with WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or SAP
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end DC activities including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Coordinate workflow and labor allocation to meet daily production goals
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures
• Monitor KPIs such as throughput, productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipping
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Optimize labor, equipment, and space utilization
• Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates and leads
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate priorities
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance feedback
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Oversee receiving and inventory transactions for accuracy
• Support cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation efforts
• Investigate discrepancies, damages, and quality issues
• Maintain proper inventory handling and storage standards
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Conduct safety observations and address risks proactively
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions
• Utilize WMS to track workflow and transactions
• Review operational reports and dashboards
• Communicate performance results and key issues to leadership
