About The Position

The PM Shift Working Cleaner Supervisor at Whitlock Building Services is responsible for overseeing a team of cleaning staff during the evening shift. Requirements

• Previous experience in Commercial Cleaning Supervision is a plus
• Must have dependable transportation, a driver license, and current car insurance
• Willingness to submit to a criminal and driving background check
• Agreement to submit to previous work history/project reference checks

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit Quality Inspection Reports
• Maintain and enforce the WBS Quality Standard
• Organize workflow and ensure team members understand their duties/delegated tasks
• Train and supervise cleaning team members
• Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Communicate effectively between contractors, clients, and WBS upper management
• Work well with limited supervision
• Provide exceptional, professional cleaning services within the scope of work provided upon hire
• Observe work safety guidelines
