The Room Service Attendant at The St. Anthony Hotel is responsible for setting up, delivering, and retrieving food and beverage orders to guests' rooms and hospitality suites. This role emphasizes quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards in a luxury hotel environment.

  • Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
  • Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation guidelines.
  • Set up and deliver all VIP amenities.
  • Service all hospitality suites according to Banquet Event Orders and established policies.
  • Complete all shift side-work as outlined in the hotel's operating policies and procedures.
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience.
  • Report all communication to the immediate shift supervisor.
  • Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Ability to communicate well with guests.
  • Willingness to assist co-workers and be a team player.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs.
