About The Position
Responsible for taking orders of seated guests, running food and drinks, keeping track of tables and tabs, bussing during and after service, and providing great, upbeat customer service.
Requirements
- Food handlers and TABC certified.
Responsibilities
- Display working knowledge of all menu items and prices.
- Complete side work as assigned.
- Respond to the needs and requests of guests.
- Display knowledge of correct accounting procedures.
- Display knowledge of regular functions of the POS system.
- Attend required meetings.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees.
- Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.
- Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions.
- Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
