PM Recycling Facility Cleaner
About The Position
Augment is a leader in the sanitation and recycling industry, providing top-quality workforce solutions to Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), landfills, and other waste management sites. We are committed to sustainability, safety, and efficiency in waste and recycling operations. We are currently seeking dedicated PM Site Cleaners to join our team at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF). As a PM Site Cleaner, you will play a vital role in the recycling process. Your primary responsibility will be clearing the daily debris resulting from the day’s recycling operations, thereby ensuring efficiency and quality in waste recovery. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, industrial environment. PM Shift is from 5pm-1:30am
Requirements
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable working in a loud, dusty, and sometimes odorous environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in waste management, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sweep/Use Blower to clear debris from the warehouse floor, conveyors, and designated machines.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (gloves, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, etc.).
