PM&R Physician - Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine

We are expanding our team and seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible PM&R Physician to join our collaborative and multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Position Highlights: Opportunity to specialize in musculoskeletal medicine, spine care, and/or electrodiagnostics. Outpatient clinic with in-clinic procedures as well as procedures in ASC setting. Standard PM&R muscular skeletal procedures (injections, etc) Standard clinic schedule Treat walk in orthopedic injuries Injections, ultra-sound guided and EMG procedures, C-Arm fluoroscopy guided injections Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, pain specialists, neurologists, and other specialists Teaching and research opportunities
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification / Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
