About The Position
The chief purpose of this position is to advance the patient care, research, and teaching missions of PM&R through direct patient care in the hospital/clinic, conducting clinical research, and training residents, medical students, and other trainees. This role is focused on providing rehabilitation leadership to the Commonwealth of Virginia, aiming to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by maximizing independence in living skills and employment activities through innovative education, evidence-based research, and outcome-focused patient care.
