Requirements
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must represent Hotel in a courteous and well-groomed manner.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, grasp, stretch, and push a cart on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Promotes excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, effectively and courteously to all requests.
- Reports all floor/carpet care needs and repairs to the Housekeeping manager/supervisor.
- Maintains all public and back of the house areas as assigned.
- Maintains all equipment in safe, clean condition.
- Supports work efforts of other Housekeeping associates as directed.
- Vacuums, dusts, and picks up trash in all assigned areas.
- Cleans and re-supplies bathrooms, entrance glass, offices, fitness area and restaurants as needed.
