About The Position

Oversee production activities to maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, health, and environmental requirements. Serve as the designated safety lead during emergencies and ensure site safety protocols are followed. Assign tasks, train, and mentor team members to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment or process issues promptly. Drive troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance. Monitor production schedules, analyze performance metrics, and address variances effectively. Support investigations and documentation for deviations, change control, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Manage shift planning, including scheduling, overtime coordination, and coverage. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Chemist Operator or Chemical Operator.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Chemistry and Batching processes.
  • 3-5 years of production supervision experience, preferably in a regulated environment such as chemical, pharma, or food industries.

  • Associate's degree in Sciences or related field.
