Requirements

  • We are looking for candidates who have at least 1+ years experience working in similar positions with a concentration on high-volume food service
  • Must have a friendly personality, a strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards of guest satisfaction and food, cocktails and Service.

Nice To Haves

  • Serve Safe certification a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepares food items in accordance with recipe specifications and restaurant standards
  • Uses kitchen equipment to fry, grill, saute food items in the kitchen
  • Uses knife skills to chop, slice cut a variety of food items
  • May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Line, Cleaning, Dish
  • May assist in putting away food delivery items into appropriate storage areas (freezer, refrigerator, dry storage)
  • Completes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
  • Completes other duties as assigned by leader/manager
