About The Position
Village Lane RX is currently seeking a full-time night shift Pharmacy Clerk to join our team! Village Lane RX offers the opportunity to be part of a growing, patient-centered pharmacy that values quality, teamwork, and excellence in service. Overview We are a closed-door, mail-order sterile compounding pharmacy located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, proudly serving patients across 25 states. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our growing multistate operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-focused environment while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team culture. Village Lane provides high-quality hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and exceptional patient care. Our mission is to make treatments accessible and convenient, delivering prescriptions discreetly to patients’ homes. We specialize in compounding a variety of medications, including GLP-1 formulations, bioidentical hormone pellets, estrogen and progesterone creams, and specialty face creams to help manage side effects of HRT. Additionally, we offer a range of therapies related to hormone replacement and weight management.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of maintaining a Pharmacy Inventory
- Proficient computer skills including use of basic software (internet, e-mail).
- Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
- Types a minimum of 30 WPM
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Communicate and plan shipments
- Update medical records systems
- Perform in a fast-paced production environment under the supervision of the Pharmacist
- Fold and build medication boxes
- Pack and ship prescriptions with a high level of scrutiny, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Respond to questions from healthcare providers, clinics, and pharmacy personnel
- Assist with tracking, responding, and forwarding emails related to patient prescriptions
- Answer the phone and transfer calls effectively
- Provide exemplary customer service with a willingness to meet customer needs
- Unpack deliveries and maintain an organized workspace
- Assist with Inventory of supplies
- Comply with HIPPA
