About The Position

The Custodian position focuses primarily on maintaining a sanitary, clean, tidy, and comfortable environment at Zoot-owned properties with integrity and an attention to detail. This position could be located at our offices in Bozeman or Billings or at other Zoot-owned properties in Billings. The Facilities Group focuses on maintaining Zoot's physical property. Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Previous related work experience preferred.
• For Billings location - Must hold or be able to obtain a valid driver's license.
• An equal combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, gym, and other work areas at Zoot-owned properties.
• Wash tables and surfaces in rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, kitchenettes, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, other work areas, and coffee bar.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floor and lobby staircase.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, metalwork, and stainless surfaces (i.e. drinking fountains, door handles, light switches, elevators, etc.)
• Dust and polish furniture, window sills, wood work, and cubicle surfaces.
• Wash walls, restroom stalls, and locker room and restroom floors.
• Wash windows, glass doors, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and empty and clean ashtrays.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish restroom paper supplies and kitchenette paper towels in proper receptacles.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry used by custodial and kitchen staff.
• Maintain accurate reporting of low inventory to ensure supplies remain in stock at appropriate levels.
• Compliance with and knowledge of Zoot's Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct, and Employee Agreement.
• Achieve a service-focused culture with emphasis on delivering on-time, high-quality products and services to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
