This role involves a full understanding of the Erewhon brand and café menu, assisting in preparing and cooking various food items in compliance with quality standards and portions, and performing opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed by the Culinary Manager. The position also requires completing end-of-day inventory, ensuring proper food temperatures and storage, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, assisting with incoming orders, and operating basic kitchen equipment while following knife safety procedures.
