Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dinner menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
Execute dishes according to recipes and plating standards for an upscale dining experience.
Handle high-volume service during peak times, especially on game nights.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menu items and specials.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Support the team with various kitchen duties as assigned.
