Requirements

• Passionate about food, with an insatiable desire to learn and grow
• Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Support the chef in start-to-finish recipe building, with consistent execution and flawless presentation
• Be a communication channel to Chef, Sous, and floor staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the culinary conversation
• Strive to set-up and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment
• Perform any other tasks that help our fast-growing team succeed
