About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable PM/PT Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food items to standard, while maintaining speed, consistency, and accuracy during service. As a closing line cook, you will also ensure proper breakdown, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen at the end of the shift, supporting the next day’s operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel preferred.
  • Strong knife skills, cooking techniques, and station management.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work efficiently during peak service.
  • Dependable with strong work ethic and closing shift availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Cook needs to be personable and friendly to both guests and servers.
  • Looking for someone who wants to grow and learn. Needs to be able to take constructive criticism.
  • Must have open schedule to cover PM shifts; weekends and holidays are a must.
