This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center, a mission-driven family and group conference and retreat center serving over 150,000 guests annually. The PM Laundry Supervisor assists in the daily operations of the Industrial Laundry by effectively motivating, training, and supporting staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. This role ensures that all laundry machinery is operated safely and correctly, chemicals are properly handled and inventoried, and linens are well-stocked and in good condition. The PM Laundry Supervisor also oversees laundry operations in the absence of the Laundry Manager, maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
