About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports daily department operations and ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met. This role oversees housekeeping team performance, with a strong focus on training, quality control, and detailed inspections of guest rooms, equipment, and fixtures. The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with the Housekeeping Manager to implement procedures, support team members, and uphold luxury service standards. This position directly supervises guest floor staff, including Room Attendants and Housemen.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in the use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and fixtures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of hotel and hospitality regulations
  • A gracious, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, AM/PM/overnight shifts, and overtime as needed
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
