As a PM Greeter at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression. Your role is crucial in influencing the overall restaurant experience through your interactions, which include providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. As a Greeter, you may also be the final point of contact for guests, giving you the opportunity to ensure their satisfaction. If you have experience as a restaurant host or hostess, your skills will be invaluable in this position. Your previous restaurant job experience will equip you with the tools necessary to succeed as a Greeter at Hyatt. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
  • Provide table accommodations and menu recommendations.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction as the final point of contact.
  • Utilize previous restaurant host or hostess experience to enhance guest interactions.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task using phone, computer, and iPad simultaneously.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Mobility for 90% or more of each shift is required.
  • Problem-solving and organization skills are key success factors.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and plant-based cooking preferred.
