About The Position

We are hiring a PM Food Runner & Barback to support our evening food and beverage service. This role helps keep service fast, clean, and organized. You will assist servers and bartenders so they can focus on guest care. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Requirements

• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
• Must meet legal age requirements for bar work
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver food quickly and accurately to guest tables
• Make sure dishes look clean and presentable
• Help clear, reset, and maintain tables
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff
• Keep service areas clean and stocked
• Restock bar supplies, ice, and glassware
• Change kegs and refill mixers as needed
• Keep the bar clean and organized
• Remove trash and empty bins
• Support bartenders during busy times
