As PM Express Product Manager, you will lead an agile team of developers through the process of defining and implementing our digital future state. This role will require the ability to bring together a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to execute the digital roadmap. We are seeking a highly collaborative Product Manager with a track record for delivering digital solutions in support of program management, and knowledge of Military Engines Program Management. The position will report to the GATORWORKS Director, 6th Gen Digital Strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience OR
  • Advance degree with 5+ years experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with structured project management
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience with software development standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
  • Skilled at anticipating problems and planning to mitigate them
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-discipline environment to produce deliverable products

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Digital 6th Gen (D6G) Transformation roadmap
  • Coordinate with D6G workstream leaders to scope and plan activities, including time & resource estimates, and budget management
  • Oversee rapid exploration and prototype development of usable technical and business process solutions (Pathfinder Projects)
  • Drive strategy and horizontal alignment at D6G Program level (across Workstreams and organizations)
  • Execute regular communication strategy and Organizational Change Management steps
  • Interface with other digital teams across PW, to flow out D6G priorities
  • Availability to travel 10%
