Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
• Knowledge of trade skills, including plumbing and basic electrical work
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety standards
• Flexibility to handle various tasks and respond to urgent requests

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment as assigned
• Participate in the preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance
• Handle guest requests and work orders promptly and professionally
• Perform trade jobs such as plumbing and other maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols
