The pay rate or range for this position is: $25.93 per hour Job Summary Flagship Culinary Services is currently seeking Dishwashers to support employee cafes for our client, the largest social media company in the world! The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pants, etc. using both machine and manual cleaning methods. This position will maintain kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. You will place clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in storage areas, and will prepare and package individual place settings. May be directed by Managers to: Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars. Transfer by hand supplies and equipment between storage areas and work areas. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas. Accommodate all requests and special needs for guests and Clients Wash & Dry: the primary duty is to provide clean dishes and cooking equipment to guests and kitchen crew. This includes washing and drying dishes, glassware, flatware and pots and pans by machine or hand Load & Unload: must be able to load and unload the dish washing machine frequently throughout the day Cleanliness: maintain clean work areas and equipment; sweep and scrub floors Stock: place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas; prepare and package individual place settings Trash: sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Clean garbage cans with water or steam Kitchen Support: clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving; stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and salad bars Safety: maintain a clean and organized workspace. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to move throughout the dish pit and kitchen in a safe manner
  • Ability to follow all company policies in areas of attendance, safety and sanitation
