About The Position
The PM Custodial Zone Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of daily and periodic cleaning in University complexes. This includes inspecting university living areas to ensure cleanliness, supervising supervisors and head custodians, determining appropriate staffing levels for work projects, and meeting with occupants to monitor and ensure standards of cleanliness. The role may also involve coordinating setup for events on all campuses. The position requires working the 2nd and 3rd shifts.
