The Role The PM Culinary Operations Supervisor is a hands-on evening leader responsible for overseeing live kitchen production and ensuring smooth shift execution. This role enforces strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards while actively supporting Culinary Operations Leads and production teams on the floor. You will monitor real-time operations, correct issues immediately, escalate risks when necessary, and maintain workflow integrity across production zones. Success in this role is measured by operational consistency, compliance, quality execution, and strong shift-to-shift communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a commercial kitchen, food production, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, GMPs, and SOP-driven operations
  • Proven ability to enforce standards and escalate issues appropriately
  • Experience monitoring live production and supporting team decision-making
  • Ability to remain organized and composed in fast-paced environments
  • Basic proficiency with production software, messaging tools, and digital reporting systems
  • Flexible availability (nights and weekends required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ready-to-eat or high-volume production environments
  • Experience conducting storage or ingredient audits
