About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Server to join our team at the Residence Inn hotel located in Clayton, MO. This position will provide exceptional food service to hotel restaurant guests while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as scheduled days and times may vary based on need
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Serv Safe certification
• preferred hotel experience

Responsibilities

• Prep and prepare menu items from dinner menu for bar service.
• Memorizes menu items, recipes and daily specials in order as well as inventory control, ordering product and overall cleanliness of kitchen areas .
• Work with F&B manager and bar staff to create special items and promotional items
• Complete assigned opening and closing sidework.
• Deep cleaning as well, as needed
