The PM Shift Cook/Bartender is responsible for prepping the kitchen, maintaining a clean work area, preparing all PM shift food items for the hotel's restaurant, serving drinks to guests, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring cleanliness of the bar. This position is designed to give guests a brand-new hotel experience, and the individual in this role is key to bringing that experience to life. The hours for this position are from 4pm to 1am, and it is a hybrid role where the individual will work as a Cook several days and as a Bartender on other days.
