About The Position

The main purpose of the PM Consolidator is to consolidate totes from the conveyer system onto pallets in the correct order and orientation for outbound shipping.

Requirements

• High level of awareness, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Understand Order Selection Process at Harbor
• Operate double EPJ in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate scanner to verify totes
• Skilled in oral expression—communicating information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
• Skilled in oral comprehension —listening to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
• Near Vision — The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• Trunk Strength — The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.
• Must be able to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders.
• Ability to work well with other employees to foster a respectful and professional work environment
• Three months or more of consecutive employment
• EPJ certification provided by harbor

Responsibilities

• Build pallets in route/stop order
• Maintain department order for each pallet with OTP on top
• Build safe pallets with heavy totes on the bottom
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
