Project Description
The scope includes full ground-up construction with heavy focus on
mission-critical systems, including MEP and low-voltage/telecom infrastructure.
The campus is being built to support high-density, high-availability operations,
with significant coordination around power delivery, redundancy, and long-term
scalability.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Proven experience managing civil and/or structural scope on large-scale projects.
• Experience working directly with General Contractors (REQUIRED).
• Strong background in ground-up construction and site development.
• Solid understanding of: Civil infrastructure (grading, utilities, drainage) Structural systems (foundations, concrete, steel)
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and trades.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects.
• Background in large-scale industrial or infrastructure developments.
• Experience supporting multi-phase campus-style developments.
• Familiarity with Southwest / New Mexico construction environment.
• PE, PMP, or CCM certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and structural scope across a multi-phase data center campus.
• Oversee site development activities, including grading, utilities, drainage, and roadways.
• Coordinate structural construction, including foundations, concrete, and building shells.
• Partner with General Contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and quality requirements.
• Support preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
