About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate - Plumbing to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping plumbing materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and knowledgeable in plumbing supplies and warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of plumbing materials and equipment required
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming plumbing materials and verify accuracy of shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures
• Organize and stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
