As a fast-growing water heater installation company with a 5.0 customer rating , we have expanded our services footprint into Plumbing. We are looking to hire one driven Plumbing Trainee to join our team by the end of July! In this role, you’ll be training in general plumbing, as well as installation, replacement, and sometimes repair of residential and/or commercial water heaters, including both tank and tankless systems. This position will equip you with a solid understanding of plumbing systems, safety protocols, and customer service.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined with 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Car Mechanics, Construction, or general Maintenance experience helpful; military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to train, learn and keep up to date on the Plumbing Business
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Valid CA Driver’s License AND good driving record [ Must be at least 25 years of age, have been driving for 2+ years, and have an insurable driving record .]
• Must travel to our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs for Monday Tech meetings
• Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off-hours
• Will perform background checks and references with offer of employment.
