About The Position

This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of plumbing systems and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role in the plumbing industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications accurately.
• Experience using an auger and a jetter to clear drains.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work safely and follow OSHA, ANSI guidelines and regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform septic auguring and jetting tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or required maintenance.
• Use a CMMS application on your smartphone to check in and make notes on jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in a retail, commercial environment.
