Requirements

• 1–3 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong technical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Solid communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes.
• Build real relationships with customers — not just quick in-and-out jobs.
• Guide homeowners to confident buying decisions by solving their problems, not pushing sales.
• Keep your truck stocked, your records accurate, and your work clean.
• Stay sharp with ongoing training and weekly 1:1s with your manager.
• Play a key role in our on-call rotation.
