KEY OBJECTIVE(S) The main purpose of the Plumbing Technician I is: To be responsible for assisting Plumbing Lead and Plumbing Technician II in ensuring all plumbing systems are maintained including sewage lines, domestic water lines, potable water lines, aquariums and waterpark systems and any other equipment or fixture that is related to the plumbing industry.

Nice To Haves

Applicants are preferred to have 2 years Plumbing experience.
Limited experience in a Commercial or Industrial Plumbing environment.
Communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Complete all tasks in a timely and effective manner.
Respond to Lead and Technician II, as well as, assist in work to be preformed.
Assist in maintaining all scheduled routine checks and preventive maintenance on wet well(s) and lift stations.
Assist in preventative maintenance including daily checks, monthly flushing, snaking, jet cleaning, hydrant draining and testing, etc.
Develop skills in understanding and reading of blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste drainage systems.
Responding to assist in service requests from the Entertainment Retail Center (ERC).
Assist in installations, repairs, to meet the requirements of the appropriate codes and American Dream building requirements.
Assist in responding to all property needs.
Reliable and consistent attendance.
Responsible for additional duties as assigned and to assist other trades when needed.
