Plumbing Technical Assistant (Full-Time)
About The Position
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Plumbing Technical Assistants. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of plumbing experience who are ready to deepen their technical skills through a structured, paid training program and pursue long-term career growth in a high-demand trade. This position combines hands-on field experience with formal training, offering a clear pathway toward advancement within the plumbing profession. Paid Training Program Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive, employer-sponsored training program designed to build advanced plumbing knowledge and job readiness. Opportunities throughout the state of Texas Paid, structured training provided Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training Certification issued after successful completion of the training program Training begins at the end of April 2026 Interviews will be conducted remotely
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum one (1) year of plumbing experience
- Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Ability to attend and successfully complete all required training sessions
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential and/or commercial settings
- Apply existing plumbing knowledge while learning advanced systems, tools, and techniques
- Learn, understand, and follow applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Prepare job sites by organizing materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas during and after job completion
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, licensed plumbers, and team members
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship
