Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
2+ years of experience in plumbing
Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
Good communication skills with clients and other team members
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
Precision and attention to detail
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment

Responsibilities

Install and maintain septic systems according to regulations. This includes digging trenches, laying pipes, installing tanks, and backfilling excavated areas
Conduct site inspections to assess soil conditions, terrain, and other factors that may impact the installation of plumbing or septic systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing and septic systems, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain installation processes, and address any concerns or questions
Operate various plumbing and excavation equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, and excavators to dig trenches, and install pipes.
