Your Purpose in this Role We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family. As a Plumbing/Piping Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing and piping installations for various construction projects. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and piping systems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and piping construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
Must possess excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Should have a thorough understanding of safety regulations, protocols, and best practices.
Project Management Skills including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Candidate should be adept at problem-solving, able to identify issues promptly, and implement solutions.
Flexible schedule – JOC work often requires operations to take place at nights or weekends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to Personal, Divisional and Company Success
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass Background check.
Other duties as assigned.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
