Successful candidates must be able to perform a wide variety of Plumbing repair/installation and maintenance tasks in the residential and light commercial market. Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions. · Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances. · Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems. · Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner. · Ensure all work complies with current codes and regulations. · Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. · Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently. · Stay up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques and industry standards. · Maintain company vehicle in clean and proper working order with an organized inventory of plumbing repair necessities. · Ensure company tools are being used safely, maintained properly, and accounted for. · Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities. · Perform other similar duties as assigned.
