Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water heater problems Present repair or replacement options to clients with clarity and professionalism Deliver 5-star service and build lasting customer relationships Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members Document job details, invoice summaries, and estimates in ServiceTitan What You Will Bring: Residential plumbing experience, especially in service and repair Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with face-to-face customer sales (preferred) Valid driver’s license (required) Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
