Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing services.
Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety procedures.
Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Must meet the local requirements for motor vehicle and background checks and pass a drug screening.
Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Set up plumbing service calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential plumbing systems.
Identify and communicate Plumbing issues with customers, educating them on their systems, functions, and needs.
Educate customers about their plumbing systems, ensuring they understand the functions and maintenance needs.
Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job to ensure efficient service delivery.
Adhere to company procedures, maintain professionalism, and ensure all work is documented appropriately.
